“The dissemination of information received through the Telegram bot was recognized as illegal ... Based on the court's decision, the corresponding Internet resource will be included in the Register of violators of the rights of subjects of personal data,” the statement says.
Access to resources included in this register must be restricted by law.
Earlier, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow declared illegal the operation of the Telegram bot "Eye of God" due to violations of the rights of citizens.
