The man was arrested the night before Monday at
03.30 and was requested to be detained on Wednesday.
He was arrested for probable cause by Örebro District Court, which is the higher degree of suspicion.
According to the arrest petition, the man is a resident of Örebro, but the crimes took place in another place in the county.
Martin Ek, prosecutor, states that there is only one plaintiff in the case.
- Plaintiffs and the suspect already know each other and it all happened indoors, he says in an email.
In addition, the prosecutor does not want to comment on the course of events or what injuries the victim received.
The man denies the crime.
The prosecution expires on July 14.
