"The prosecutor of the city of Otradny recognized the decision to initiate a criminal case on the fact of an accident involving an ambulance as legal," the service reports to TASS.

It is noted that the case was initiated on the basis of a crime under Part 3 of Art.

264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of a person by negligence).
