“Power engineers have restored power supply to all consumers in the Moscow region after blackouts due to showers and thunderstorms,” the department said.

At the same time, at 01:05 am Mosoblenergo JSC completed restoration work in its area of responsibility.
“All consumers were energized,” the ministry said.
