The Abu Dhabi Pension Fund announced the start of providing its digital services to military retirees covered by the Fund's services and their beneficiaries, through the electronic portal and smart application "Abu Dhabi Pensions", stressing that this step comes as a continuation of the Fund's efforts to develop smart services, and within the framework of the improvement measures undertaken by the Fund to develop the sector Military retirement services after moving to it, and his efforts to expand the scope of these services.

The fund indicated that the launch of digital services through the smart application and the fund's website allows military retirees and their beneficiaries (9) new services, including the possibility of obtaining various certificates such as the pension certificate, deductions and alimony, in addition to the service of submitting the annual declaration, which required personal attendance to the The headquarters of the Fund, while the services provided to beneficiaries of deceased military retirees, include the possibility of obtaining certificates of the beneficiaries’ pension details or a pension certificate with bank details.

He explained that the new digital services also allow all military retirees and their beneficiaries or their representatives (the agent) the ability to follow up their requests electronically, and update their personal data, in addition to the customer dashboard service, which includes displaying all details related to his account, such as the monthly pension, bank details And the date of retirement, pointing out that the retirees and those entitled to them can download the application from the “Google Play” or “Apple Store” to take advantage of all services, and save time and effort, in addition to the availability of all the Fund’s services on the Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services platform “Tamm”.

The Director General of the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, Khalaf Abdullah Rahma Al Hammadi, affirmed the permanent fund's keenness to improve its services, expand the scope of their provision and facilitate the procedures for obtaining them in order to achieve the highest levels of comfort and satisfaction for customers, pointing out that the new services offered on the smart application benefit 46,000 military retirees. and those entitled to them.

Al Hammadi indicated that adding military retirement services to the smart application comes within the framework of the fund's plan to improve the services provided to the military retirement services sector after its transfer to the fund, stressing the continuation of efforts to carry out comprehensive improvement measures in the military retirement services sector at all levels.

Al Hammadi said: "A completely new development plan has been drawn up for this sector in accordance with the latest and highest international standards in the field of retirement services, which will reflect positively on the type and quality of the service provided."

The Fund had started providing its services to the military retirement sector after it was officially transferred to it in November 2020, through the service centers located in the various emirates of the country, followed by the availability of services on the Abu Dhabi Government’s unified services platform “Tamm”, in addition to providing services through the branches of the Retired Military Association, The launch of digital services today on both the website and the smart application "Abu Dhabi Pensions" comes within the framework of the third phase of the improvement plan set by the Fund to develop the military retirement services sector comprehensively.
