Refined dishes of Japanese cuisine, tempura does not come from Japan ... but from Portugal.

The recipe for the tempura dough:

Ingredients :

- 100 gr of flour


- 15 cl of water

- ice cubes


- Vegetables sticks, shrimps, pieces of fish ...

The steps of the recipe:

Beat the egg and add the ice water then the flour and ice cubes.

Heat vegetable oil to 180 °.

Dip the vegetables in the dough and immerse them in the oil for 1 to 2 minutes.

Drain, season and enjoy.
