Earlier this year, Jesper was about to move to Stenebrunn, in Kumla, against his will, where none of the other residents speak sign language.

The whole thing was stopped while waiting for them.

In May, the Court of Appeal announced that Jesper would be allowed to stay at Mo Gård, where both staff and residents speak sign language.

Now Kumla municipality is appealing to the Supreme Administrative Court.

It is believed that Jesper's contact needs can be met by the staff speaking sign language at Stenebrunn.
