At 11.24, the rescue service received an alarm that a person had been hit on a track south of Arlanda.
Since then, there has been a stop for traffic on the track.
It is unclear whether the train in question has been evacuated.
The commuter trains are diverted via Märsta, and can lead to delays for all train traffic that will pass the site.
