THE ESSENTIAL
It is a triangular which takes place for the second round of the regional election in Hauts-de-France, between Xavier Bertrand (Union of the right - 41.39%), Sébastien Chenu (RN - 24.37%) and Karima Delli (Union of the Left - 18.99%).
The future regional assembly will be anyway more nuanced than the previous one with the return of a left opposition and environmentalists while for 6 years, Xavier Bertrand had only the RN as opponent.
