Saturday afternoon, a 17-year-old girl was in a bus traveling in the town of Aucamville, north of Toulouse, when she was assaulted by another 18-year-old.
The latter, whom she knows, then tries to strangle her for a futile reason, according to

Another passenger intervenes to help the young woman.
But the aggressor decides to do battle and takes out a cutter with which he hits the Good Samaritan, who will come out with a slight wound. The young man then flees and takes refuge with one of his parents. .
It is there that the gendarmes of the Castelginest brigade will go to question him, after having identified him.
Brought to justice, the young man was tried in immediate appearance on Monday.
He received a one-year suspended sentence and two years on probation.
He was left free at the end of the hearing.
The 17-year-old girl had three days of temporary interruption from work (ITT), the young man who intervened meanwhile them two days of ITT.
