President: Will not allow it to take as long as last time

- As you may remember from that time, the President has four attempts.

If all proposals are rejected by the Riksdag, there will automatically be a by-election.

I will go to the House much faster than I did that time, says Andreas Norlén in SVT's Agenda.

Norlén believes that we are now in a different situation than we were in 2018:

- Now we have the experiences from 2018 and 2019. We have a large part of a term of office behind us.
