Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi denounced, Saturday, June 19, mafia practices and "
shenanigans
" within the armed forces and institutions of the country.
These remarks were made in Bunia, capital of Ituri, during an exchange with representatives of the population of the province.

There is a problem of manpower in our army
