There is a problem of manpower in our army

, launches the Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi this Saturday.

We realize, in fact, that there is a lot of shenanigans undermining our security forces. It developed at the same time as the mafia, here, the same mafia in the army, in our institutions. It's not just the army and the police. We saw it, look, in the Senate recently. It's all this law of omerta, the law of silence. We kill in silence, we scheming in silence.

 "

The president also said he was dissatisfied with the performance of Justice: “

There is a staffing problem in our army.

This is what we must tackle.

So we have to unravel this, patiently, but firmly, with energy.

We talked about justice here.

It is one of my reasons, moreover, to be dissatisfied for the moment, because justice, really, is one of the soft bellies of our administration.
