In his opinion, American President Joe Biden sounded more confident on the eve of the summit, but at the meeting itself he looked "noticeably paler."
Pushkov noted that Biden "wanted to show himself as the first and main politician in the world, but that is exactly what he failed to do."
The senator stressed that during the summit "Putin looked more confident and advantageous."
