This is a strange - and effective - way to test your love.
A couple of young Ukrainians, chained for a hundred days to prove the strength of their understanding, have finally separated - after breaking free from each other, reports CNews.
“Hooray, I'm finally free!
», Exclaimed the young woman of 29 years when the metal chain which attached her to her companion of 33 years was finally cut with the giant pliers.
The ex-lovers remained chained by the wrist for 123 days and their adventure was told on Instagram with the hashtag #wecontacted.
"One advantage, two disadvantages"
The young couple had this crazy idea to prove the strength of their love on Valentine's Day.
But this forced intimacy got the better of their complicity and their couple, even though they planned to get married soon.
"We were happy and are now happy to have been able to live this experience", confided the thirty-something.
“As soon as we find an advantage in a situation, there are immediately two drawbacks,” his partner had already testified during the experience.
The latter had had to stop working, her clients to whom she posed false eyelashes not appreciating the presence of her boyfriend.
Using the toilets, especially public toilets, was also a problem.
Not to mention the pain and burning from the chain constantly rubbing against their wrist.
Now freed from each other, the two Ukrainians will pursue their lives on their own - and at a safe distance.
