This was stated by the governor of Khuzestan province, Kasem Suleiman Dashtaki.
"According to preliminary data, as a result of the incident, one person was killed and 11 were injured," ISNA quotes him as saying.
Dashtaki added that the victims were hospitalized.
It is noted that the helicopter crashed in the hard-to-reach area of Dizful in the west of the country.
Presidential elections were held in Iran on June 18.
