It was in October 2020 that the man, together with a woman, spread a film on social media where they are seen drinking from a beer can while the woman says "Fullest driving".
In the back seat, a small child can be seen sitting un belted, wearing only a diaper.
The film received a lot of attention and several police reports were made against the couple.
Threatened with machete
The 31-year-old is now convicted of a seatbelt offense and illegal driving when he lacked a driving license.
The police could never prove whether it was alcohol he drank during the journey in Oskarström.
He is also convicted of threatening another man by sending a photo of a machete outside the man's home. The punishment will be probation and he will undergo a treatment program and pay SEK 5,000 in damages to the man he threatened.
