Following his appointment, the latter called for establishing "a world that learns" from the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.

"Our greatest challenge, which is at the same time our greatest opportunity, is to use this crisis to turn the situation around, to pivot towards a world that learns lessons, that promotes a just, green and sustainable recovery and that shows the way. through increased and effective international cooperation to address global issues, "he said.

"Learning lessons" from the Covid-19 crisis
