There is an emergency regime in the republic, duty services, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Russian Guard and units of the Black Sea Fleet are involved in eliminating the consequences of the rampant disaster. Forecasters call an unprecedented amount of rainfall, which the day before also covered the east of the peninsula and flooded Kerch.
