June 17, 2021 - The US Supreme Court rejects the latest thrust of the Republicans and "saves" the Obamacare. The American media reported it.
With seven votes in favor and two against, the wise Americans reject the latest thrust in chronological order against Obamacare, effectively preserving health coverage for millions of Americans.
The Supreme Court left the law untouched by ruling that Texas and other American states do not have the legal right to challenge Obamacare as they are not harmed by it. Voting against were judges Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch.
