"The situation in Moscow with regard to the spread of the incidence of coronavirus is rapidly deteriorating," TASS quoted him as saying.

He noted that this dynamic is unexpected, since more than 60% of the city's residents have either been ill or vaccinated.

According to him, a decrease in the incidence was expected.

Sobyanin said that, according to preliminary data, which will be published on June 18, the number of cases will be more than 9 thousand. The mayor noted that this means "an increase in the incidence of three times."
