On Thursday, SMHI issued a warning with a risk of forest fires in western Sweden, among other places. As of Thursday, there is a fire ban in Falköping, Tidaholm, Skara and Götene municipalities.
It is then not allowed to fire, grill or use storm kitchens in forests and land.
There is no fire ban in Gothenburg, but the rescue service expects a lot to do in the next few days.
