The restaurateur Johan Bergquist in Eskilstuna believes that people stay at home instead of watching the late European Championship matches on premises.

In the clip above, he talks about the risks of spreading the infection he sees with it.

However, the Swedish Public Health Agency has not agreed to any exceptions to the restrictions.
