The court in Linköping changes half of the decisions: "Very high figure"

It is common for the court in other types of cases to give the Swedish Social Insurance Agency the right in its decisions.

But when it comes to activity compensation, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency gets a lesson in half of the cases from the Administrative Court in Linköping, which has cases from Östergötland, Sörmland, Vimmerby and Västervik.

- Försäkringskassan should perhaps engage in some self-reflection, says Mats Edsgården, chief adviser at the Administrative Court in Linköping.

Försäkringskassan does not want to stand for an interview with SVT but instead responds in writing in an email including:

“We know that our investigations must be better and we also know that we must become better at motivating our decisions.

The screening also includes looking at how we work with guiding judgments so that they have an impact in our application and how we can give our administrators better support in their work. ”
