According to him, Russia does not conduct exercises, dragging its equipment and personnel to the state borders of the United States.
“Unfortunately, our American partners are doing it right now,” the Russian leader added.
Earlier, Putin said that Ukraine was constantly dragging personnel and military equipment to the conflict area in the southeast of the country and continues to do so.
