“We will not recognize any agreements regarding Ukraine reached without Ukraine,” he said.
At the same time, the minister added that Kiev does not see the risk that at this meeting some kind of agreement was reached regarding Ukraine behind its back.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said that at the talks between Putin and Biden, "the topic of Ukraine will be touched upon in one way or another."
