The Left Party has given the government an ultimatum in the rental issue, but the question is how other parties will act.

Christian Democrat party leader Ebba Busch says she was informed of V's plans half an hour before the press conference.

She believes that Dadgostar is not credible and that nothing so far has shown that the Left Party is prepared to overthrow Stefan Löfven.

- If the Left Party wants to show that they mean business, then Dadgostar should pick up the phone to Åkesson because it is with the Sweden Democrats that they share a factual political position, Busch says.

She continues:

- If there is an opportunity to overthrow the Löfven government then we will of course not give up that opportunity but I mean that it is obvious that the Left Party and Nooshi Dadgostar are bluffing.

SD critical

The Sweden Democrats are also critical and believe that these are empty threats from the Left.

- I and the Sweden Democrats believe that the Löfven government is so harmful to Sweden that we will take every given opportunity to remove the Prime Minister.

Unlike the Left Party, the Sweden Democrats alone have enough mandates to arouse distrust, says SD leader Jimmie Åkesson in a written statement.

The Center Party believes that there is a broad majority in the Riksdag to implement a free rent in new production, which the Left Party is doing everything to stop.

- If the Left Party wants to join forces with the Sweden Democrats and push Sweden towards a government crisis and a by-election, they must take full responsibility for this ", writes the Center Party's group leader in the Riksdag Anders W Jonsson in a comment.

"Important to solve housing problems"

Liberal party leader Nyamko Sabuni also focuses on the issue itself and writes in a comment:

- It is important to solve the problems in the Swedish housing market.

Therefore, free renting in new production must be introduced.

What the Left Party will do is still unclear, but if they want to oust Stefan Löfven already now, it is up to them.

The Liberals want to change government in next year's election, she writes in a comment.
