He usually sits on a favorite bench at the citizens' and town hall in Burlöv.
This weekend, he suddenly saw a suspicious plant in one of the municipality's flower beds.
- At first I thought it was a nettle but I took a closer look and then I saw more plants scattered.
Tim counts seven similar plants in the well-groomed flower beds.
- They are very small so I searched for "cannabis plants small" and they were really similar to each other.
It's a bit comical.
It's in the middle of the municipality's discounts, says Tim.
And Tim's suspicions seem to be true. SVT has had the botanist Sofie Olofsson examine the plants and she confirms that the most likely probability is cannabis sativa.
