Nak-yeon Lee, Se-kyun Jeong, and Yong-jin Park, Democratic presidential candidates will attend the ceremony to mark the 21st anniversary of the June 15 Declaration held at the Kim Dae-jung Library in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.



Key passport figures such as Prime Minister Kim Bu-gyeom and Democratic Party leader Song Young-gil will also be present at the ceremony today.



In particular, the presidential candidates are expected to appeal to the Honam people for support by evaluating the spirit of former President Kim Dae-jung, who is aiming for the future beyond the past of forgiveness and reconciliation.



Former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, a powerful presidential candidate in the opposition, also visited the Kim Dae-jung library yesterday.



Former President Yoon wrote in the library's guestbook that he would deeply engrave the reflections and teachings of former President Kim, who opened a new horizon for the Republic of Korea with the value of informatization and human rights.



Former President Yoon has been taking steps toward integration, such as expressing his position on the May 18th Democratization Movement in Gwangju.



Separately, Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung will attend the Seoul regional launch ceremony of his national support group, Democracy and Peace Plaza, this afternoon.



The 'Growth and Fairness Forum', a support group in the National Assembly of Governor Lee, co-hosts the discussion, and about 20 Democratic lawmakers are expected to attend.
