As for acts that go beyond that to touching the body, they constitute indecent assault, whether with consent or by force, and the first is sinful and punishable by Article 356 of the same law, if the victim is less than 14 years old, and the second is sinful and punishable by Article 354 of the same law, and its punishment Up to death.

He stressed that the law stands at the limits of each act separately, and as long as the act, saying, sign or other transgresses others, it is not overlooked, rather it is taken by doing it, as there is no second chance in the law to protect public morals that does not accommodate second chances, which may lead to taste and morals. the public.

Al-Sharif stressed that the dominant characteristic in society is commitment and conservatism, but there are some men who may allow themselves to be hostile, or engage in fleeting whims by communicating with girls through messages or communications.

Infidelity
