The Ministry of National Defense's prosecution team, which is investigating the death of a non-commissioned officer who suffered sexual harassment, summoned Yoon Mo, who is accused of sexually harassing Victim A a year ago, and a public defender who is suspected of poor assistance today.

Lieutenant Yoon is accused of forcibly molesting Sergeant A at a radar maintenance group dinner while dispatching the 20th Fighter Wing a year ago.

The Ministry of National Defense's prosecution also summoned and investigated the public defender of Sergeant A, who was sued by the bereaved family today.

The Ministry of National Defense said that after closely examining the contents of the complaint, Jun-wi Yoon and a public defender were summoned as suspects and investigated.

The bereaved family of Sergeant A was investigated as a witness at the Armed Forces Capital Hospital today.

Initially, Sergeant A's parents were planning to attend the Ministry of National Defense as a witness, but the investigation was conducted at the hospital due to the mother's health problem.

The bereaved family seems to have stated in detail the details of the complaint, including the circumstances of sexual harassment and secondary assault against Sergeant A while he was alive, and the allegation that Jun. No Mo directly sexually molested Sergeant A in the past, separate from this case.
