Daman supports senior citizens and people of determination with new services

The National Health Insurance Company “Daman” launched its strategy and new corporate identity, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of its establishment. The residents of the country are subscribed to insurance insurance, along with 3000 health service providers.

During the media briefing organized by the company on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of its launch, the CEO of the company, Hamad Abdullah Al-Mehyas, revealed that the Emiratisation rate in the company has increased by 40% during the last four years, as one third of the citizens working in the insurance sector in the country as a whole work in « Daman, and the number of Daman card subscribers reached 2.5 million, which is equivalent to a quarter of the country’s population.

He said that the new strategy is based on four axes: restructuring the company's services so that commercial profitable services are added to specific segments, maximizing the role of government-funded insurance plans, ensuring the sustainability of programs, improving the quality of health insurance services, and enhancing the added value so that it does not constitute an additional financial burden on customers. .
