"There is no evidence that any vaccine, including the coronavirus vaccine, can affect fertility in women or men," the Rospotrebnadzor website said.

It is noted that Russian vaccines have been tested for the effect on offspring, including laboratory animals.

The department clarifies that after vaccination, pregnancy should not be avoided.

Earlier, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor reported that after being vaccinated against COVID-19, it is possible to get sick with coronavirus, but not because of the vaccine itself.
