“We call on Russia to exclude the Czech Republic and the United States from the list of“ unfriendly states ”and refrain from any steps incompatible with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations,” the document says.

On May 14, the Russian government approved the list of unfriendly states, which included the United States and the Czech Republic.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that hostile moves by Prague and Washington towards Moscow were the reason for their inclusion in the list.

As noted by the spokesman for the Foreign Ministry, the Vienna Convention does not prohibit calling things by their proper names.
