“The specialists of the Kislovodsk city hospital managed to stabilize the grave condition of Alexander Kurbatov and it was recommended to continue treatment at the National Medical Research Center for Neurosurgery named after Academician NN Burdenko,” the city administration said in Instagram.
Earlier, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov, said that Kurbatov was in serious condition after falling from an electric scooter.
Later it was reported that the head of the city was in a state of artificial coma.
