Two Palestinian children and their father were injured when an Israeli settler attacked them with pepper gas in occupied Jerusalem.

A video clip, filmed by an eyewitness to the incident and posted on social media, showed ambulance crews providing treatment to the two children and their father in the place after the settler attacked them while they were in their car at a traffic light near Bab Hebron in Jerusalem before fleeing.

During the last period, the pace of attacks by settlers and the Israeli occupation forces on Jerusalemites escalated, in conjunction with a systematic campaign of displacement of Palestinian families from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and Silwan town, adjacent to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The tense atmosphere continues in the city of Jerusalem after the occupation police agreed, yesterday, Friday, under the pressure of extremists, to organize the so-called “flags march” next Tuesday, starting from Bab al-Amud after changing its course.
