"Employees ... opened a criminal case on the basis of a crime under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of two or more people by negligence)," RIA Novosti reported.
Earlier it became known that four people, including a child, were killed in an accident near the village of Atymya in the Sverdlovsk region.
It is clarified that five more people, including two children, were injured in an accident.
