There is a messenger app that has been 'hot' among members of criminal organizations around the world.
It is an app called 'ANOM', and it is said that many criminal organizations have used it because it requires a recommendation from an existing user, requires a separate device to be installed on the black market, and has encrypted messages.
The app, which reportedly reached 12,000 users, turns out to have been co-developed by the FBI and the Australian Police in 2018 as a trapping tool and secretly distributed.
The FBI was looking into the encrypted message, and it is said that over 800 criminal suspects have been arrested through this recent investigation.
