Lack of traffic instructors in Sweden - the industry estimates that 700 are missing

The Swedish Association of Traffic Educators notices among its members that it has become difficult to recruit traffic instructors.

- At the national level, the need for traffic instructors has increased and we estimate that there is a shortage of about 700 new traffic instructors in Sweden this year and in the future, says Christer Wickman, union secretary at the Swedish Transport Educators' Association.

Anette Johannesson from Borås, who has worked as a traffic instructor for 25 years, wishes that there were more training places with more training places.
