Also, over the past 24 hours, more than 84 thousand cases of COVID-19 were detected in the country, as a result of which the total number of recorded coronavirus patients in India exceeded 29.3 million.

Earlier, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there is a "coronavirus storm" in the country.
