The Prosecutor's Office of the Ministry of National Defense arrested Lieutenant Noh and Sergeant Noh Mo of the 20th Fighter Wing of the Air Force on charges of 'second offense' in relation to the death of Air Force Sgt.
The Ordinary Military Court of the Ministry of National Defense announced that it had issued an arrest warrant for Inspector Roh on charges such as 'forced molestation of a soldier, etc.'
The two are accused of conciliating the victim, Sergeant A, and attempting to reduce and cover up the incident after the March 2 incident.
Separate from the sexual harassment case, Noh is also accused of forcibly molesting Sergeant A in the past.
The Joint Investigation Team of the Ministry of National Defense plans to investigate whether there were other units involved in conciliation and cover-up attempts against the two detained persons.
