He introduced that he came to Zhangpu from Taipei in 1992 and opened a factory in Zhangpu County with the skills he learned in Taipei.

"I have been traveling between the two places over the years, taking Zhangpu as my second hometown." Cai Yonghe said in an interview with a reporter from Chinanews.com that he used to go back to Taiwan every year for traditional festivals to spend the holidays with his family, but he cannot go back under the epidemic. The mainland can also personally experience the activity of making rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival, "very happy and feel like home."
