In an interview with the Kazakh agency "Khabar", the minister said that all countries of the Eurasian continent, regardless of whether they are members of any associations or not, should be able to determine their advantages from participating in this initiative.

“I am convinced that we must keep the doors open for other structures on our common huge continent, including the members of the European Union,” Lavrov said, quoted by the Foreign Ministry's website.

Earlier it became known that the EAEU was launching a free trade zone with Serbia on July 10.
