During the prophylactic medical examination, it will be possible to timely detect exacerbation of chronic diseases of the heart, blood vessels, lungs, kidneys, liver and other systems in patients, Golikova said.

She added that the task of the first stage will be to detect signs of the development of chronic non-communicable diseases.

It will include seven studies.

The second stage will be aimed at additional studies to clarify the diagnosis, it includes three studies.

According to Golikova, "people in need will receive the necessary treatment and medical rehabilitation."

In April, it was reported that seriously ill COVID-19 will undergo medical examination as a priority.

According to Golikova, in Russia in 2020, 30 million people underwent medical examination.
