Simon Önerud has signed a two-year contract with the parent club. A club he has played 438 matches for and has two Swedish Championship golds with. For the last two seasons he has been team captain at the club.
-It feels fantastic! HV71 is my mother club and this is where I have my heart. For me, it has always only been relevant to play in HV71 and it is a wonderful feeling when it is now ready. The goal is clear and that is that we will return and I feel privileged to be part of that journey, says Simon Önerud.
