The National Police arrested two young Maghrebians at dawn last Monday who had just stolen a boy's mobile phone after

cutting him in the face and neck with a piece of glass from a bottle a few meters from the entrance of the Moncloa interchange.

The victim was transferred urgently by the Samur to the Jiménez Díaz Foundation.

Those arrested are Isma S., 19 years old, and Aman A, 20 years old.

The event occurred at 0630 hours last Monday.

A 20-year-old boy from Majadahonda was walking to the Moncloa Interchange when three young Maghrebis approached him.

One of the assailants took her mobile phone while another tried to snatch her fanny pack.

When trying to defend himself, one of the thieves slashed his face and neck with a piece of glass, according to the later account of the victim.

Several people attended to the boy and notified the Police.

A third was able to escape.

Subsequently, the victim managed to identify the arrested robbers as the perpetrators of the attack.
