North Korea said that the Labor Party plenary meeting would be convened at the beginning of this month, but there is no report that the meeting was held until yesterday (10th), the last day of the early days.

North Korea's Rodong Sinmun published today's article on its website, but there was no content related to the plenary meeting.

The Korean Central News Agency also did not publish articles related to the plenary meeting until 7 am today.

North Korean media usually publish the major events of the previous day the next morning, but as there have not been any articles on the plenary meeting yet, there is a possibility that the meeting did not take place at the beginning of this month, as planned by North Korea.

North Korea held a meeting of the Politburo of the Workers' Party of Korea on the 4th and decided to convene the 3rd plenary session of the 8th party at the beginning of this month to interim evaluation of the implementation of national policy and to discuss a series of issues.
