Between May 8 and June 7 this year, recycling entrepreneur Leif Andersson had 14 burglaries in his premises in the old mill in Deje.

All burglaries have been reported to the police.

But despite the fact that there is evidence, among other things in the form of images from surveillance cameras, case after case has been dropped.

- No evidence is missing and there are reconnaissance reports.

They do not want to.

that is the problem, says Leif Andersson resigned.

Police: "Unhappy"

Only after SVT Nyheter Värmland contacted the police, to get an answer as to why Leif Andersson does not receive any help, do they promise to take up the cases.

- It is unfortunate that it has become like this and we regret it, says Rickard Roman who is group manager at the police investigation unit in Värmland.

He explains the fact that the police have not been on site and conducted crime scene investigations with the police being forced to prioritize in their activities in relation to the resources.

But that is not the only explanation.

- Then there has been a misunderstanding, the human factor, where it was thought that it was a crime scene investigation ordered and conducted.

That was not the case.

But we have corrected that now and the technical evidence that is available will be collected, says Rickard Roman.

"Nothing time but to repair"

The damage in connection with the burglaries has had major consequences for Leif Andersson's operations.

- Yes, we only have time to repair so that the office building is helpfully useful.

Then it is difficult to have time to do anything else, he says resignedly.

In the video, you can see the devastation and hear Leif Andersson talk about what kind of people he has seen in the picture from the surveillance cameras.
