Telemadrid
has decided to renew its afternoons with a face well known to viewers:
Agustín Bravo
(Almaraz, 1961).
At 60 years of age, and just after passing through
Survivors
, the presenter will lead
It is happening
with Tania Garralda, the presenter of
Tiempo
at the weekend in Madrid.
But
what has
the famous
Telecoupon host been
up to now?
Starting from the beginning, Bravo was unveiled
in 1989 by the hand of Jesús Hermida
in the magazine
In the morning
of Spanish Television.
He immediately signed up for Telemadrid, where he hosted
the
Zip Zap
leisure program
together with Ana Blanco
.
La Guía
and the musical
Verano 90
with
Mariló Montero.
Already in
Telecinco
Bravo he became one of the most popular presenters on Spanish television thanks to the
Telecupón
, which he presented between 1991 and 1996, first,
with Belén Rueda,
and later, with the incombustible
Carmen Sevilla.
With the turn of the decade Bravo
left national television
to present various magazines and contests on different regional televisions.
First in Canal Sur, where his
Bravo
stood out
in the afternoon
, then in Canal Extremadura, where he conducted a similar format called
Bravo por Extremadura
;
and then on Canal Castilla y León as host of

Bravo's career continued between television, where he
presented the galas of Miss and Mister Spain
or various formats locally, and radio on the COPE Network, replacing
Carlos Herrera
in recent summers
.
In addition, he
has tried his luck in politics.
In 2016
Ciudadanos
announced that Agustín Bravo would close the party's list to Congress for Seville in the general elections on June 26 of that year.
The presenter was the third star signing of the orange formation
along with Toni Cantó and Félix Álvarez 'Felisuco',
although his participation in politics was much shorter than that of his colleagues.

Last April Bravo entered the
Telecinco
Survivors
reality show
.
The presenter
spent 46 days in Honduras,
being the fourth expelled from this edition on May 24.
Bravo took advantage of his time on the program to
denounce that it was Isabel Pantoja who left him without a job
at Canal Sur.
And three weeks later, Telemadrid has announced its return to the chain.

Personally, Bravo has always been
very discreet with his private life.
As published by
¡Hola !,
the presenter
married
Susana Abad
on May 29, 2004
, with whom he had been in a relationship for six years.
"When you get married at my age, 43, it is because you have it very thoughtful and you are very sure.
I am very aware of what I have done,
that is why I have not been so excited," said the presenter, who, speaking of his wife, added : "Susana transmits a lot of serenity to me. She is a person who
where she is is my home
. I don't need anything else."
