Although media including the British "Guardian" and Al Jazeera TV in Qatar all claim that it is an "independent" institution without "government support" when referring to the "special court", its true appearance has been criticized by many parties.
The official website of the "special court" clearly marked the attributes of a "guarantee limited liability company".
This so-called "court" turned out to be a private company registered in the UK, not a judicial institution, so those so-called "witnesses" can lie, but they are not liable for perjury.
