The source explained that “Syria stresses that the Golan was and will remain Arab and Syrian, and this was confirmed by international legitimacy by rejecting the decision of the false Israeli annexation of the Golan.” This confirms that it has become a rogue state outside international law.”

The source added: "It has become clear to the whole world that the usurping Israeli entity, and the policy of expansion and aggression that governs it, are the main cause of tensions and instability in the region."

He pointed out that "this entity constitutes a serious threat to regional and international security, while Syria's resistance to this aggression and its struggle to restore its occupied lands in the Golan by all available means are a legitimate right guaranteed by all international laws and covenants, and the nonsense of American officials will not be able to prejudice this right or influence the situation." Syria's insistence on upholding its legitimate rights.

And Blinken said, last Monday, during a virtual hearing before the House Foreign Relations Committee: “In practical terms, Israel controls the Golan, regardless of the legal position, and I think that needs to remain as it is, unless it is no longer Syria, or Whoever works from within it represents a threat to Israel, and I think we are not there yet.”

In addition, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported yesterday that the death toll from the Israeli bombing of Homs countryside, the night before last, increased to 11 people of Syrian nationality, including an officer with the rank of colonel, pointing out that the death toll is likely to rise because some of them were wounded Dangerous, in addition to the presence of information about other dead of non-Syrian nationalities.
